Dental Insurance
- We accept most indemnity insurance Plans, Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO).
- We do not accept HMO/DMO.
- We proudly support our men and women of the Military and their families. We are in-network with most military Insurance Providers.
- Our Friendly and Knowledgeable Parkway Dental Team will file and track your claim for you. We Will Follow up and help maximize your insurance benefits.
No Dental Insurance
- We accept cash, checks, most major credit cards (VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND DISCOVER), and CARE CREDIT.
